Human Resources Support ✦ This role provides comprehensive support to the human resources department by assisting with daily HR activities and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. The HR Assistant plays an essential role in maintaining structured HR operations and supporting workforce management initiatives.

Recruitment Coordination ✦ The position focuses heavily on recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The HR Assistant supports timely hiring processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Employee Records Management ✦ This role involves maintaining accurate employee files, HR documentation, and confidential records. Proper organization and attention to detail are essential to ensure compliance with company policies and internal procedures.

Onboarding and HR Administration ✦ The HR Assistant supports onboarding processes by coordinating documentation, induction activities, and employee data updates. This role ensures new joiners are integrated smoothly into the organization from their first day.

Internal Coordination and Communication ✦ The position requires regular coordination with employees and management to support HR-related queries. Clear communication and professional interaction help maintain transparency and trust within the workplace.
