Job Description
Recruitment & Hiring Support: This role is responsible for supporting recruitment activities by assisting with job postings, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication with applicants. The HR Assistant works closely with hiring managers to ensure timely recruitment while maintaining a professional and organized hiring process suitable for a real estate environment.
Onboarding & Employee Documentation: The HR Assistant manages onboarding procedures by preparing employment documents, collecting required paperwork, and ensuring employee records are accurate and complete. This role requires careful handling of confidential information while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry requirements.
HR Operations & Daily Administration: This position supports daily HR operations including attendance monitoring, leave coordination, and updating internal HR systems. The HR Assistant ensures smooth workflow by managing administrative HR tasks efficiently and supporting overall office operations.
Compliance & Policy Assistance: The role assists in maintaining compliance with UAE labor regulations and internal HR policies. The HR Assistant helps prepare documentation, supports audits when required, and ensures HR practices align with legal and company standards.
Employee Communication & Coordination: The HR Assistant coordinates interviews, supports internal staff communication, and assists with employee queries. Clear communication skills are essential to maintain effective coordination between management, employees, and external candidates.
Real Estate HR Support: This role provides HR assistance specifically tailored to real estate operations, supporting property management teams, brokers, and administrative staff by aligning HR practices with the business needs of the real estate sector.
