HR Assistant

Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding: The HR Assistant will support the recruitment process by assisting with candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities. Attention to detail and effective communication are essential for ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Employee Records & HR Documentation: The candidate will maintain accurate employee records, update HR databases, and assist in preparing HR-related documentation. Ensuring compliance with company policies and confidentiality is crucial.

Attendance & Leave Management: Monitoring employee attendance, leave requests, and ensuring proper record keeping will be part of the role. The HR Assistant will help managers track time-off and maintain organized attendance logs.

Payroll & Benefits Support: Supporting the payroll process and employee benefits administration will be part of the responsibilities. The HR Assistant will coordinate with finance to ensure accurate salary and benefits disbursement.

Employee Engagement & Communication: The HR Assistant will help organize employee engagement activities, communicate HR updates, and support internal communications to enhance team cohesion and morale.

HR Compliance & Reporting: Assisting in ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies is a key aspect of this role. The candidate will also help prepare HR reports for management review.
