Job Description

Recruitment & Hiring Support: The HR Assistant will support the recruitment process by assisting with candidate sourcing, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records. The role plays a key part in ensuring smooth hiring workflows and timely onboarding of new employees across departments.

Onboarding & Offboarding Coordination: This position is responsible for managing onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection, employee orientation coordination, and exit formalities. The HR Assistant ensures all joining and exit procedures are completed accurately and in line with company policies.

Visa & Medical Processing: The role involves handling employee visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and medical applications for both free zone and mainland employees. Strong understanding of UAE immigration processes is required to ensure compliance and timely completion of procedures.

Employee Records & HR Documentation: The HR Assistant will maintain accurate and confidential employee records, prepare HR letters, contracts, and official documents, and ensure proper filing of both digital and physical records in accordance with internal standards.

HR Operations & Administrative Support: This role provides day-to-day administrative support to the HR department, assisting with attendance records, leave tracking, and HR system updates while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of data.

Coordination & Process Support: The HR Assistant will coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to support HR operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
