hr administration support – In this role, the HR Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support across all HR functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the department. You will manage employee records, update HR databases, draft HR correspondences, and ensure all documentation complies with company policy and UAE labor regulations. This position requires someone who can maintain confidentiality, stay organized under pressure, and handle sensitive information with complete professionalism.
recruitment coordination – You will play a key role in assisting with the hiring process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with shortlisted candidates. The HR Assistant will ensure candidates receive timely communication and a professional experience throughout the recruitment journey. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential, especially when managing multiple hiring requests at once.
employee onboarding processes – The HR Assistant will manage all onboarding activities, such as preparing offer letters, ensuring required documents are collected, arranging inductions, and supporting new employees during their first weeks. This role ensures new hires feel welcomed, guided, and fully prepared to start their responsibilities, contributing to higher retention and employee satisfaction from day one.
dmcc portal management – Experience with the DMCC portal is an advantage, as the HR Assistant may be responsible for initiating visa requests, handling employee contract updates, and ensuring compliance with DMCC regulatory requirements. Even if you have limited DMCC experience, a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly will help you succeed in this area.
employee relations assistance – This role supports HR in handling employee queries, resolving minor workplace concerns, and maintaining a positive work environment. The HR Assistant will help track attendance, leaves, and disciplinary notes while ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies. A calm, patient, and professional approach is highly valued.
hr documentation and compliance – You will be responsible for preparing reports, maintaining HR files, updating internal trackers, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. Attention to detail is critical, as even small errors in HR documentation can cause delays in processing visas, contracts, or payroll.
