Job Description
HR Operations Support: As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day human resources functions, including employee data management, document preparation, and assisting in onboarding activities. Your contribution will ensure that HR operations run smoothly and efficiently within the organization.
Employee Relations Assistance: The role requires providing administrative support to the HR team while also assisting employees with their queries related to policies, leave, and other basic HR processes. This position will allow you to develop interpersonal communication skills and gain exposure to handling workforce interactions.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate HR records is a critical part of the role. You will be responsible for organizing employee files, updating HR databases, and ensuring that all personal and professional records are current and compliant with UAE labor regulations.
Payroll and Attendance Coordination: The HR Assistant will assist with collating employee attendance records and preparing initial payroll reports. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential to avoid discrepancies and ensure timely salary processing.
Recruitment Assistance: You will support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, screening resumes, and liaising with candidates and recruitment agencies. This will give you valuable experience in talent acquisition and hiring workflows.
Excel and ERP Data Management: Since proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must for this role, you will be using spreadsheets to prepare reports, track employee information, and support HR analytics. Familiarity with ERP systems or a willingness to learn will add to your efficiency.
