Job Overview: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing team. The HR Assistant will primarily focus on resourcing and hiring functions, with a preference for candidates who have prior experience within the real estate sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support recruitment strategies, manage administrative duties, and contribute to the overall success of the HR department.
Key Responsibilities: As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the onboarding process. You will also help maintain employee records, manage HR databases, and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth HR operations across the company.
Preferred Industry Experience: While prior experience in the real estate industry is an advantage, it is not mandatory. Candidates with experience in recruitment, resourcing, or administrative support from any professional background are encouraged to apply. The ability to adapt to the real estate market and understand the industry dynamics will, however, be a strong differentiator for this role.
Skills & Competencies: The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, employees, and management. In addition, organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail are vital to ensure accuracy in documentation and efficient handling of HR tasks. Proficiency in MS Office tools and HR software systems will also be highly valued.
Team Collaboration: This position requires close collaboration with the HR team and department managers to align recruitment strategies with business goals. The HR Assistant will also be expected to support various HR initiatives, including employee engagement, training coordination, and performance tracking. A proactive mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
