Job Description
HR Support & Coordination: As an HR Assistant at Medhub Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the HR department. This includes managing daily HR tasks, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.
Recruitment & Onboarding Assistance: You will assist in sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, preparing employment contracts, and organizing onboarding programs for new hires. Your role will ensure that new employees experience a seamless entry into the organization.
Employee Data & Documentation: You will be tasked with updating and maintaining accurate HR databases, including leave records, attendance sheets, and employee files, ensuring compliance with internal policies and UAE labor regulations.
Policy Implementation & Communication: You will help in communicating HR policies, memos, and updates to staff, as well as ensuring that employees understand and adhere to company rules and procedures.
Administrative Duties & Office Support: In addition to HR functions, you will provide general administrative assistance such as preparing reports, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting various departmental needs.
