Job Overview: The HR Assistant will play a crucial support role within our HR department. This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate or early-career professional to gain practical exposure to core HR tasks and office operations while contributing to team productivity and organizational growth.
Responsibilities: As an HR Assistant, you will be expected to manage basic administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, employee file maintenance, and internal communication. You'll also assist with interview scheduling and coordination, onboarding processes, and employee records management.
Skills Development: This position is ideal for someone who wants to learn the ropes of HR operations. You’ll receive guidance and mentorship while building your knowledge of HR systems, reporting tools, and workplace procedures. Over time, you will also get exposure to performance tracking and compliance support.
Technical Knowledge: Candidates should have a working understanding of MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with familiarity in using Microsoft Outlook for communication. Training will be provided for internal HR software and tools.
Work Environment: You will work in a professional and supportive environment located in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi. The HR team encourages open communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement. A balance of responsibility and learning is maintained to foster career development.
Language & Communication: Strong English language skills are essential, along with conversational fluency in Hindi. You’ll be working with employees across departments, so effective communication—both written and verbal—is a must.
