We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Assistant to join our expanding team in Dubai, UAE. Eligibility Criteria and Educational Background

To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or a closely related discipline. While prior work experience is not mandatory, a genuine interest in HR functions, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude are essential. This role is open to immediate joiners who are currently based in the UAE only.

Role and Responsibilities

The HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting a variety of human resource tasks, including employee documentation, data entry, HR file maintenance, onboarding support, and assisting with day-to-day HR operations. This position provides a foundation for learning core HR processes, compliance requirements, and organizational policies while working under the guidance of experienced HR professionals.

Skills and Personal Attributes

The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital for engaging with team members and handling internal inquiries. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word, will be beneficial for managing HR records and reports.
