HR Assistant

Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Abu Dhabi team and assist with daily HR operations, especially within the construction industry.

Responsibilities: The HR Assistant will assist with the day-to-day HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations across departments.

Recruitment Support: You will support the recruitment process, help schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage recruitment records.

Payroll Assistance: Assist the HR team in preparing payroll by gathering and providing relevant employee data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Timekeeping & Attendance: Monitor and record employee working hours accurately, maintain attendance records, and help update timesheets regularly.

Employee Support: Assist employees with HR-related queries, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to a positive work environment.
