Job Description:

Landmark Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a strong understanding of HR practices.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Maintain employee records and update HR databases.

Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting inductions.

Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.

Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.

Coordinate training and development programs.

Prepare HR reports and documents as needed.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Previous experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar role.

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
