Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant with strong knowledge of UAE labor laws to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in HR operations within the UAE and will assist in managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
Support the full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and processing new hire documentation
Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring all documentation complies with UAE labor laws
Help process visa applications, labor cards, and other government-related documentation
Support payroll administration by maintaining attendance records and processing leave applications
Assist in employee onboarding and orientation programs
Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general inquiries
Support performance management processes and maintain related documentation
Help organize and coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives
Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining HR databases
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in alignment with UAE labor law
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
3-5 years of HR experience, including significant experience in UAE
Comprehensive knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
Experience with HRMS and Microsoft Office suite
Strong understanding of visa processes and government relations
Excellent documentation and file management skills
