We are seeking an enthusiastic Emirati HR Assistant to join our real estate company. This position is ideal for fresh graduates looking to start their career in human resources within the dynamic real estate sector.
Position Overview
As an HR Assistant, you will support the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks while learning and growing in the field of human resources management.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR database
Handle basic HR queries from employees
Support document processing and filing
Assist in attendance and leave management
Help coordinate employee documentation
Recruitment Support
Assist in job posting and advertisement
Help schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
Support in maintaining candidate database
Assist in organizing recruitment drives
Help with onboarding documentation
Employee Relations
Support employee engagement initiatives
Assist in organizing company events
Help maintain internal communications
Support wellness programs
Assist in employee orientation sessions
General Administration
Handle basic correspondence
Maintain HR filing systems
Support payroll administration
Assist in preparing HR reports
Coordinate with other departments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
UAE National (Emirati)
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
Fresh graduate with strong academic background
Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency
