About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our dynamic human resources operations in a remote work setting. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing HR processes and supporting our talent acquisition efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment and hiring processes

Maintain comprehensive HR records and documentation

Coordinate communication between departments and potential candidates

Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures

Manage HR-related administrative tasks

Prepare and update HR reports

Assist in maintaining employee databases

Schedule interviews and manage recruitment communication

Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (any discipline)

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR assistance or similar administrative role

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong organizational and administrative skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Requirements:

Fresh graduates or those with 1 year of HR experience

Excellent computer literacy

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Effective communication and interpersonal skills
