Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Assistant to provide support in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

- Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and training programs.

- Manage employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

- Assist in HR administrative tasks, such as preparing employment contracts and updating HR databases.

- Provide support in employee relations matters and HR inquiries.

- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Assistant.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS.

- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
