We are looking for an experienced and versatile HR and Business Executive to join our team in the oil and gas industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned HR and business operations professional with a strong background in the energy sector who is ready to take on a dual role supporting both human resources and business operations within a dynamic and fast paced environment.In this role you will be responsible for managing and supporting a broad range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance, while simultaneously providing business operations support that contributes to the overall efficiency and growth of the organization. You will work closely with senior management and cross functional teams to ensure that both HR and business processes are aligned with the strategic goals of the company and delivered to the highest standard.The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an HR and business operations role, ideally within the oil and gas or energy sector. Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously across both HR and business functions are essential requirements for this role.
