Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR and Admin Executive with comprehensive UAE experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for both blue and white collar positions, along with strong administrative capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage full-cycle recruitment process for blue and white collar positions
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with department heads
Execute comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees
Maintain recruitment databases and tracking systems
Visa Processing & Documentation
Handle UAE visa processing for new and existing employees
Manage visa renewals, cancellations, and amendments
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations
Maintain proper documentation for all visa-related processes
Coordinate with PRO and government authorities
HR Administration
Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle employee relations and queries
Implement HR policies and procedures
Generate HR reports and analytics
Manage attendance and leave records
General Administration
Oversee office administration functions
Coordinate with various departments for administrative support
Manage vendor relationships
Handle procurement of office supplies
Maintain office equipment and facilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
4-8 years of HR experience in UAE
Proven experience in UAE visa processing
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
Experience in both blue and white collar recruitment
Excellent documentation and administrative skills
Essential Skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Knowledge of HRMS systems
Problem-solving capabilities
Attention to detail
