Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

2-3 years experience in HR operations or analytics

Proficiency in HR analytics tools and systems

Strong organizational and time management skills

Data analysis and reporting capabilities

Excellent communication skills

Required Technical Skills:

HR information systems

Data visualization tools

Microsoft Excel

Analytical software

Statistical analysis
