HR Advisor

Job Description

About Position 

We are recruiting for one of Dubai's leading school groups, known for their excellence in education and professional development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and support the HR function within an established educational institution.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive HR support to school leadership, teachers, and administrative staff

Manage full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures

Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws

Coordinate staff visa processing and documentation

Manage performance management processes and documentation

Support training and development initiatives

Handle payroll administration and benefits management

Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes

Ensure accurate HR data management and reporting

Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

Support employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, specifically within UAE schools

CIPD qualification preferred

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa regulations

Experience with KHDA requirements and compliance

Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Essential Skills

Excellent understanding of HR practices in educational institutions

Strong knowledge of UAE employment legislation

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Strong organizational and time management skills

Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Multicultural awareness and sensitivity

Experience Requirements

Proven experience in school HR administration in the UAE

Track record of successful recruitment in education sector

Experience with UAE visa processes and requirements

Background in implementing HR policies and procedures

Understanding of educational sector requirements and standards
