Job Description

HR Administration and Onboarding: The HR Administrator / HR Officer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day human resources functions with a focus on onboarding new employees. This includes preparing employment contracts, ensuring proper documentation is completed, and maintaining up-to-date HR files in compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.

Employee Records and Visa Processing: A core responsibility of this position is the accurate management of employee records, including digital and physical files. The role also requires handling visa applications, renewals, and cancellations to ensure timely processing in compliance with UAE government regulations.

Policy Compliance and Labor Law: The HR professional will play a critical role in ensuring company practices comply fully with UAE labor laws. This involves staying updated on labor law amendments, implementing HR policies accordingly, and advising management and employees to maintain a compliant workplace.

Bilingual Communication and Employee Relations: Since fluency in Arabic and English is essential, the HR Administrator / Officer will serve as a bilingual liaison between employees and management. This includes providing translation assistance when needed, addressing employee concerns, and facilitating smoother workplace communication across diverse teams.

Office and HR Support: Beyond employee management, the role involves supporting general office administration, assisting departments with HR-related queries, and coordinating with external agencies for payroll, medical insurance, and other HR services. This ensures seamless HR operations across the organization.

Collaboration and Problem Solving: The ideal candidate will collaborate with line managers, department heads, and external consultants to provide HR support. Problem-solving skills are key to resolving employee queries, addressing compliance issues, and supporting overall business continuity.
