Job Description
Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated HR Administrator to join our Dubai office and provide comprehensive support to our human resources team. The role requires an individual who is proactive, well-organized, and able to handle a variety of HR-related administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities: The HR Administrator will be responsible for managing employee records, preparing essential HR documentation, monitoring attendance and leave records, and ensuring smooth payroll processing. You will be at the center of our HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Employee Lifecycle Management: From recruitment and onboarding to handling resignations and exit clearances, you will manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This includes preparing offer letters, probation reviews, employment certificates, and termination documents while keeping a strict focus on accuracy and timely delivery.
Visa & Compliance Management: A crucial part of this role will be coordinating visa applications, renewals, medical checks, and insurance coverage. You will work closely with government portals and internal systems to ensure all employee documentation complies with legal requirements and company policies.
Payroll & HRMS Support: The HR Administrator will track employee attendance, leave balances, and overtime to ensure payroll accuracy. You will use HRMS and digital platforms to maintain up-to-date data, generate HR trackers, and prepare analytical reports for management.
Employee Relations & Communication: You will be the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to foster trust, ensure clarity, and resolve employee concerns promptly.
