Job Overview: The HR Administrator will play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of the Human Resources department by providing administrative support, handling documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate data entry. The position requires a proactive individual who is detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong understanding of HR functions and practices.
Key Responsibilities: As an HR Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include updating employee records, managing HR documents such as employment contracts and onboarding paperwork, and assisting with the overall hiring process. You'll also coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars, as well as provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
Recruitment Support: You will help facilitate the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and arranging interviews. Coordinating with department heads to identify staffing needs and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle is essential. Your support will help ensure that hiring timelines are met effectively.
Employee Record Management: Accurate and confidential maintenance of employee data is a critical part of this role. You'll ensure employee information is up-to-date in the HR system and physical files, manage leave and attendance records, and support compliance with legal and policy requirements related to personnel files and documents.
Internal Communication: Strong communication skills are necessary as you will act as the point of contact between the HR department and employees for queries related to policies, benefits, leaves, and other HR matters. You’ll also assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
Software & Documentation: Familiarity with HR software systems is expected for data entry and report generation. You will use these tools to generate reports on HR metrics, support audits, and maintain records of benefits, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
