Job Description
Recruitment & Onboarding: You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. This includes sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, preparing job offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Payroll & Budgeting: You will handle monthly payroll processing, manage HR budgeting activities, and provide accurate financial reports as needed.
HR Administration: Manage and maintain employee records, process administrative HR tasks, and support day-to-day HR operations within the company.
Labor Law Compliance: Ensure that all HR activities and processes are aligned with UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Financial & Accounting Coordination: Utilize your accounting knowledge to support budgeting processes and contribute to internal financial planning and analysis.
