About the Role:

Egbe Technical Services is seeking an enthusiastic Junior HR Administrator to join our growing team in Dubai. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational HR skills while supporting various human resources functions in a technical services environment.

Core Responsibilities:

The Junior HR Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple HR functions including recruitment coordination, employee record maintenance, and HR documentation. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth HR operations while maintaining accurate employee data and supporting compliance efforts.

Recruitment Support:

You will assist the HR team with scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. Your organizational skills will contribute to creating positive first impressions for new employees joining our technical workforce.

Record Keeping & Compliance:

The position requires meticulous attention to detail when maintaining digital and physical employee records. You will help ensure all HR documentation complies with UAE labor regulations and company policies while assisting with periodic audits and reporting requirements.

Candidate Profile:

We seek recent graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of HR exposure who demonstrate strong administrative capabilities and a willingness to learn. Basic understanding of HR principles and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential for this role.
