Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator for a junior role based in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to the HR department. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

HR Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including managing employee records, preparing HR documents, and handling general HR-related inquiries.

Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all HR-related documentation, both physical and digital.

HR Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation of various HR documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR-related correspondence.

Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

Onboarding and Offboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions. Support offboarding procedures by processing resignations and conducting exit interviews.

Leave and Attendance Management: Assist in managing employee leave and attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

HRIS Data Entry: Accurately input and update employee data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Policy and Procedure Support: Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

General HR Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling HR-related correspondence.

Immediate Joining Preference: Candidates who are available to join immediately will be given preference.
