Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team and manage essential HR operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and skilled in maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance, and handling administrative HR functions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field

3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in UAE

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices

Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Data Management

Maintain accurate employee records and HR database

Process documentation for new hires and exits

Handle employee queries and requests

Compliance & Administration

Ensure legal compliance in HR processes

Manage visa and immigration procedures

Coordinate with PRO for government-related tasks

Handle medical insurance administration

Leave & Benefits Management

Process annual leave requests

Coordinate travel arrangements

Monitor attendance and leave records

Reporting

Generate regular HR reports

Maintain personnel files and documentation

Prepare government compliance reports
