Required Experience:
Proven experience in UAE multinational company
In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law
Familiarity with JAFZA Labour Laws
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategic Management:
Develop comprehensive employee satisfaction strategies
Align HR activities with organizational objectives
Design competitive salary structures
Manage employee relations
Talent Management:
Oversee full recruitment lifecycle
Develop and implement onboarding processes
Design training and development programs
Create professional development initiatives
Compliance & Governance:
Ensure corporate governance standards
Conduct risk management activities
Maintain legal compliance
Implement HR policy enforcement
Candidate Profile:
Strong HR strategic planning skills
Excellent communication abilities
Analytical and detail-oriented
Leadership and interpersonal skills
Proactive problem-solving approach
Qualifications:
Degree in HR, Business Administration
Minimum 5-7 years HR management experience
UAE labor law certification preferred
