HR Admin Specialist

Job Description

Position Overview

The HR Admin Specialist will play a crucial role in managing HR documentation, employee records, payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This position requires a meticulous professional with strong organizational skills and a passion for supporting employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

HR Documentation and Records Management

Maintain comprehensive and accurate employee files

Manage digital and physical HR documentation systems

Create and update HR-related documents and reports

Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information

Organize and maintain employee records with high precision

Payroll and Attendance Administration

Assist in payroll processing

Track and manage employee attendance records

Maintain accurate time and leave management records

Support compensation and benefits administration

Prepare and verify payroll-related documentation

Employee Lifecycle Management

Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System)

Support recruitment and onboarding processes

Coordinate employee lifecycle documentation

Assist in employee offboarding procedures

Update employee records throughout their tenure

Employee Relations

Support employee engagement initiatives

Handle basic employee inquiries and concerns

Assist in maintaining positive workplace relationships

Support internal communication of HR policies

Act as a point of contact for HR-related matters

Policy and Compliance

Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures

Support implementation of HR guidelines

Assist in maintaining compliance with UAE labor regulations

Prepare compliance-related documentation

Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

2-3 years of HR administration experience in UAE

Strong understanding of HR administrative processes

Proficiency in HRIS systems

Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Current residence in Dubai
