Job Description
HR Administration Oversight: The HR Admin / PRO will take the lead in developing, standardizing, and executing human resource administrative policies across the restaurant group. This includes maintaining a high level of organizational efficiency and employee documentation.
Onboarding & Offboarding Support: You will oversee smooth onboarding and exit processes for all employees, ensuring all legal, procedural, and policy requirements are met with precision and professionalism.
Payroll & Attendance Administration: Managing payroll-related administration such as attendance, leave records, and employment statuses will be a core function. You'll also coordinate with finance for timely processing.
Visa & Government Relations (PRO Duties): In this hybrid role, you will also act as a Public Relations Officer, representing the company at governmental departments, ensuring smooth visa processing, license renewals, and other legal matters.
Policy & Compliance: The role requires strict adherence to UAE labor laws and regulatory standards. You’ll be responsible for internal labor regulation development and Emiratisation efforts as applicable.
Communication & Collaboration: You’ll liaise with internal teams, including HR, accounts, and commercial departments, to resolve labor law questions, align HR policies, and enhance team communication across the organization.
