Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and highly professional HR & Admin Officer to join our team at project sites across the UAE. This is an immediate opening for individuals with proven HR and administrative expertise within the construction sector. The HR & Admin Officer will play a vital role in maintaining smooth HR operations, supporting site staff, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, while acting as a bridge between the site and head office.
Key Responsibilities: The HR & Admin Officer will oversee site-based HR and administration processes, including managing employee attendance, leave records, and staff documentation. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate record-keeping of all site-related HR data while coordinating with the head office for policy alignment and compliance. Furthermore, you will provide necessary support to employees, resolving queries and assisting them with workplace needs.
Site Administration Duties: This role requires hands-on management of all administrative operations at the project site. You will handle daily office administration tasks, manage documentation processes, oversee logistics for site-based employees, and coordinate resources to ensure uninterrupted site operations. Your ability to organize workflows and maintain efficient site communication channels will be critical in ensuring smooth execution of project activities.
Employee Relations: The HR & Admin Officer will manage employee relations by ensuring transparent communication, resolving disputes, and maintaining a positive work environment at the site. You will act as the first point of contact for staff concerns and ensure grievances are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Building trust with employees and fostering workplace harmony will be a central aspect of your role.
Compliance and HR Practices: In this role, you will be expected to apply strong knowledge of UAE labor law and site-based HR practices. You will ensure that employment contracts, policies, and workplace conditions comply with the legal framework of the UAE. Regular audits of HR practices at the site will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that both employees and the company are safeguarded under local labor regulations.
Coordination with Head Office: Another important part of the job will be maintaining smooth coordination between the site office and the head office. You will ensure all employee-related data, site updates, and administrative reports are accurately shared with the central HR department. Your ability to act as a communication bridge will guarantee that site requirements and policies are consistently aligned with the company’s standards.
