Job Description
Human Resources Management: As an HR & Admin Officer, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and updating HR policies. Your role will require you to act as the bridge between management and employees, ensuring a smooth workflow and a professional environment.
Administrative Support: You will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the day-to-day functions of the office run effectively. This includes managing correspondence, organizing schedules, maintaining files, and supporting senior management with reports and documentation. Strong organizational skills will be essential to perform this responsibility successfully.
Employee Relations & Engagement: This position requires you to play a key role in maintaining a healthy workplace culture. You will be expected to manage employee grievances, support engagement initiatives, and encourage team-building activities that boost morale and productivity. A proactive approach in handling workplace challenges is highly valued in this role.
Compliance & Policy Implementation: The HR & Admin Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all company practices comply with UAE labor laws and internal company policies. You will assist in drafting, updating, and enforcing policies related to attendance, leave, disciplinary actions, and workplace ethics. Strong knowledge of labor law will help you succeed in this role.
Performance & Training Management: You will assist in monitoring employee performance, gathering feedback from supervisors, and supporting appraisal systems. Additionally, you will coordinate training sessions, skill development workshops, and orientation programs that help employees grow and align with company objectives.
Coordination & Communication: This role requires excellent communication and coordination skills. You will act as the first point of contact for HR and admin-related inquiries, ensuring that employees’ issues are addressed promptly. Building strong communication channels between staff and management will be a key part of your duties.
