Job Overview: Tajvand Group of Companies is seeking a qualified and experienced HR & Admin Officer to manage day-to-day HR functions and office administration. This is a full-time opportunity for professionals who are well-versed in UAE labor laws and capable of handling HR operations with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities: The HR & Admin Officer will be responsible for handling employee relations, HR documentation, payroll coordination, and administrative support. You will also oversee recruitment efforts, coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes, and ensure employee records are accurate and compliant.
UAE Labor Law Compliance: A strong understanding of UAE labor law is essential for this role. You will ensure the company's HR policies and procedures are fully compliant and updated in line with regulatory changes. You will also advise management and staff on labor-related matters.
Recruitment & Onboarding: You will manage job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and completing employee onboarding documentation. You must be familiar with standard recruitment practices in the UAE and work visa processing procedures.
Administrative Duties: As an admin support resource, you will coordinate with internal departments for logistics, supplies, and vendor management, and ensure the office runs smoothly. You’ll also assist with report preparation and correspondence handling.
Employee Support: You'll be the go-to person for handling staff inquiries, updating leave records, processing requests, and managing conflict resolution, while promoting a positive and productive work environment.
