Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Officer to manage our company's human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UAE HR practices and demonstrate excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities
HR Management
Oversee end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer management
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives
Manage complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
Conduct new employee orientations and exit interviews
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Handle employee relations issues and concerns
Administrative Functions
Execute monthly payroll process ensuring timely completion
Manage performance review and appraisal cycles
Administer employee benefits programs
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
Maintain HR documentation and reporting systems
Coordinate with PRO for visa-related matters
Leadership & Development
Supervise HR administrative staff
Implement training and development initiatives
Monitor and report on department metrics
Recommend and implement process improvements
Serve as a link between management and employees
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of HR and administrative experience
Minimum 2 years in supervisory role
UAE/Abu Dhabi experience required
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Arabic language skills preferred
