Duties & Responsibilities:

As an HR & Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources and administrative functions of KLEEV MIDDLE EAST FZE. You will work closely with the HR Manager and other team members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of HR and administrative processes. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Human Resources:

Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Conducting new employee orientations and assisting in the onboarding process.

Managing employee records and maintaining HR databases.

Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Handling employee inquiries and providing support on HR-related matters.

Assisting in performance management processes, including conducting performance appraisals and facilitating feedback sessions.

Assisting in the development and implementation of training and development programs.

Supporting employee engagement initiatives and organizing company events.

Assisting in the coordination of employee benefits and compensation administration.

Assisting in the resolution of employee relations issues and conflicts.

Administration:

Providing general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.

Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation for staff members.

Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

Assisting in the coordination of company events and activities.

Managing office facilities and equipment, including maintenance and repairs.

Assisting in the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.

Handling vendor management and procurement processes.

Assisting in the coordination of office relocations or renovations.

Providing support to senior management as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in human resources and administration roles.

Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is preferred.
