Job Description

Office Administration & Coordination — The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for overseeing daily office administration activities and ensuring smooth facility operations. This role supports a structured and organized workplace by coordinating resources, maintaining office standards, and ensuring administrative processes run efficiently.

Human Resources Operations Support — The position provides essential support across core HR functions, including employee onboarding, record maintenance, attendance tracking, and leave coordination. The executive ensures HR processes are handled professionally while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Compliance & Government Documentation — This role manages administrative coordination related to visa processes, trade license renewals, employee insurance, and statutory requirements. Strong attention to compliance and documentation ensures smooth interactions with external authorities and service providers.

Records Management & Documentation — Maintaining accurate HR and administrative records, including employee files, contracts, assets, and vendor documentation, is a key responsibility. The role ensures all records are properly organized and readily accessible when required.

Travel & Logistics Coordination — The HR & Admin Executive coordinates employee and management travel arrangements, accommodation, and related logistics. This includes planning schedules and ensuring arrangements align with organizational needs and timelines.

Employee Engagement & Office Support — The role supports internal events, meetings, and employee engagement initiatives that contribute to a positive workplace culture. Collaboration with different teams helps foster a supportive and professional working environment.
