Job Description
Human Resource Operations: As an HR & Admin Executive, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day human resources operations of the company. This includes overseeing recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel files, and ensuring all HR documentation is compliant with company policies and UAE labor laws. You will act as a bridge between management and staff to ensure smooth internal communication and efficient workflow.
Employee Engagement and Performance Management: In this role, you will assist in designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive and productive work environment. You will also support performance management activities, including performance reviews, appraisals, and feedback sessions, helping to cultivate a motivated and high-performing team culture across departments.
Administrative Coordination: The HR & Admin Executive will handle the organization’s general administrative functions, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, handling office supplies, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain a well-coordinated and efficient office environment that supports business continuity.
Payroll and Attendance Management: Your role will involve maintaining accurate attendance, leave, and time management records. You will assist the finance team with payroll preparation, ensuring all data regarding employee absences, overtime, and bonuses is correctly captured and updated in the HR system. Attention to detail and accuracy will be key to ensuring timely salary processing.
Employee Relations and Compliance: As part of the HR department, you will play an active role in promoting fair and compliant HR practices. You will help in addressing employee concerns, resolving minor conflicts, and ensuring that company policies are clearly communicated and followed. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters will be crucial in this position.
Office Support and Coordination: In addition to HR duties, the HR & Admin Executive will also assist in general office management tasks. This includes coordinating maintenance requests, overseeing office logistics, and ensuring all administrative procedures are executed effectively. You will be the go-to person for all administrative support, ensuring a productive and professional work environment.
