Overview of the Role: We are hiring a dynamic HR & Admin Executive to join our vibrant team at Radisson The Palm. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and brings both strategic and administrative value to the HR department.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee documentation, onboarding, leave and attendance management, and updating HR systems. You'll also support recruitment processes and act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
Administrative Duties: In addition to HR tasks, you will handle a variety of administrative duties such as office supply management, coordinating internal meetings, assisting with internal communications, and maintaining company records and files.
Team Collaboration: The HR & Admin Executive will work closely with department heads to ensure employee engagement, coordinate training sessions, and support performance management processes. Strong interpersonal skills are essential to foster a positive workplace culture.
Compliance & Policies: You will ensure that HR practices are in line with UAE labor law and company policies. This includes handling visa renewals, contract updates, and assisting with audits or inspections as needed.
Preferred Candidate Profile: We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in an HR or Admin role, ideally within the UAE. Hospitality industry experience will be an added advantage. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
