HR & Admin Executive

Job Description

Job Overview:

Kandas Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Admin Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is critical in managing human resources and administrative functions, requiring a professional with a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and administrative operations in the UAE business landscape.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding

Maintain and update employee records and HR information systems

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with UAE labor laws

Coordinate employee relations activities and resolve workplace issues

Assist in performance management processes and annual performance reviews

Manage administrative tasks including office logistics, vendor management, and procurement

Prepare and maintain comprehensive HR and administrative reports

Support employee engagement and company culture initiatives

Handle visa and labor contract processes for expatriate employees

Manage workplace communication and internal documentation

Key Requirements:

3-5 years of HR and administrative experience in the UAE

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)

Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software

Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

Desired Skills:

Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition

Understanding of payroll processes

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
