Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR & Admin Coordinator to support our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources, client relationship management, and real estate administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Manage full recruitment cycle
Handle employee onboarding processes
Manage employee relations
Maintain comprehensive employee records
Track and manage employee attendance
Support performance management activities
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Administrative Support
Coordinate daily office operations
Manage office logistics and supplies
Organize company events and activities
Maintain office communication systems
Support executive administrative tasks
Client Relationship Management (CRM)
Manage and update client databases
Ensure accuracy of client contact information
Support client communication processes
Maintain CRM system efficiency
Generate client reports and tracking
Property Listing Support
Update property details across platforms
Ensure accurate and current property listings
Coordinate with property management team
Support marketing of property inventory
Maintain property information databases
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Related field
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
CRM software experience
HR management systems knowledge
Basic data entry and management skills
Digital communication tools
