Position Overview

The HR & Admin Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing human resources processes, administrative operations, client relationship management, and property listing support. This position requires a versatile professional with strong organizational skills and a passion for supporting both people and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

HR Management

Manage full-cycle recruitment process

Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation

Handle employee relations and maintain positive workplace environment

Manage and update employee records and databases

Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures

Track and manage employee attendance and leave

Support performance management processes

Prepare HR-related documentation and reports

Administrative Support

Manage daily office administrative tasks

Coordinate office activities and events

Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory

Handle correspondence and communication

Schedule meetings and manage executive calendars

Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems

Provide general administrative support to all departments

CRM and Client Support

Manage and update client relationship management (CRM) systems

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases

Assist in client communication and follow-ups

Support client onboarding and information management processes

Property Listing Management

Ensure property details are current and accurately listed

Coordinate property information across multiple platforms

Support property marketing and listing efforts

Assist in preparing property-related documentation

Maintain property database and records

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles

Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with CRM software

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Detail-oriented with high accuracy

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills & Attributes

Experience in real estate industry (preferred)

Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations

Bilingual skills (Arabic and English)

Experience with property management platforms

Professional demeanor

Proactive problem-solving skills

Team player with strong interpersonal skills
