Job Description
Role Purpose: The HR Admin Assistant role is designed to support daily human resource operations by handling documentation, employee coordination, and recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth and compliant workflow across the organization.
Recruitment Assistance: This role contributes to the hiring process by screening profiles, scheduling interviews, updating applicant records, and maintaining communication with candidates, ensuring timely coordination between hiring managers and potential employees.
Employee Documentation: The assistant ensures that all employee files, contracts, forms, onboarding documents, and compliance papers are accurately prepared, organized, and securely maintained in accordance with UAE labor laws and company standards.
Daily HR Operations: The position supports attendance tracking, leave management, internal communication, and distribution of HR-related updates while ensuring employees receive timely responses to their inquiries and requests.
Office Coordination: The HR Admin Assistant works closely with administrative and operational teams to ensure proper alignment between HR functions and daily office requirements, helping maintain an efficient and organized work environment.
Construction Industry Support: Experience in the construction sector is valuable, as the role may involve coordinating site-based employee records, handling visa renewals, supporting manpower deployment, and assisting with compliance documentation required for on-site operations.
