Key Responsibilities:
As the HR & Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both HR and administrative functions. Your primary duties will include managing employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and coordinating onboarding activities for new hires. You will also handle office administration tasks, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and managing correspondence. Additionally, you will assist in organizing employee engagement activities and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in HR or administration being a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and HR software. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required to interact effectively with employees and management.
