About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Admin Assistant to join a prestigious global law firm in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with 2–3 years of corporate work experience in an international environment. As the HR Admin Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and deliver exceptional service will be critical to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.

Support payroll and benefits administration by verifying timesheets, processing leave requests, and addressing employee queries.

Organize and maintain HR files, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and easy access to information.

Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.

Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as required.

Qualifications:

2–3 years of corporate work experience, preferably in an international company.

Previous administration experience in a busy environment, ideally within professional services or a law firm.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
