About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to join our team in Media City, Dubai. In this role, you will provide essential support to our management team by handling various administrative and human resource functions while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination

Support visa processing and ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations

Maintain employee records and documentation

Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and database management

Coordinate office operations including supplies, facilities management, and vendor relations

Assist with onboarding and orientation for new employees

Support payroll administration and benefits coordination

Prepare and distribute HR-related communications

Provide general administrative support to the management team

Qualifications

Proven experience (1-3 years) in administrative or HR support roles

Experience with recruitment, visa processing, and compliance in the UAE

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Familiarity with HR software systems

Knowledge of UAE employment laws and HR operations

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred
