HR Admin Assistant

Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Admin Assistant to support our Human Resources department in daily administrative functions and operations. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have previous experience in HR administration within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain employee records and HR database with high accuracy

Process HR-related documentation including offer letters, contracts, and employee files

Assist in recruitment administration, including CV screening and interview scheduling

Support the onboarding process for new employees

Handle employee queries and provide first-level HR support

Coordinate with PRO for visa processing and related documentation

Assist in payroll administration and attendance tracking

Support HR initiatives and special projects as needed

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information

Generate HR reports and analytics as required

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

1-2 years of HR administrative experience in the UAE

Proficient in MS Office Suite (particularly Excel)

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience with HRMS systems

Detail-oriented with ability to maintain accurate records

Preferred Qualifications

Arabic language skills (spoken and written)

Experience in real estate or construction industry

Knowledge of UAE visa processes and documentation

HRCI or SHRM certification
