HR & Admin Assistant

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced HR & Admin Assistant to join our team in Jafza, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in UAE Human Resources or Administration-related areas. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in parts, accessories, and lubricants for automobiles, motorcycles, and power products.

Requirements:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.

4-6 years of experience in UAE Human Resources or Administration-related areas.

Background in parts, accessories, and lubricants for automobiles, motorcycles, and power products is preferred.

Proficiency in English language with clear oral and written communication skills.

Basic negotiation skills.

Computer skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Knowledgeable about Jafza policies.

Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and personnel management.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.

Reading comprehension and critical thinking skills.

Service-oriented approach with problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of Human Resources principles such as employee relations and engagement, as well as supplier management.

Dependability, integrity, and attention to detail.

Initiative and cooperation, with concern for others.

Independence and stress tolerance.

Analytical thinking and social orientation.

Adaptability/flexibility, innovation, and persistence.
