Job Description

Role Overview – Thafzeel Business Hub is expanding and seeking dedicated professionals to join our growing team in Dubai. We have openings for HR Admin positions. We offer a collaborative work environment and opportunities for long-term career growth.

HR Administration and Operations – You will manage daily HR administrative operations including employee records maintenance, HR documentation processing, leave and attendance management, employee database updates, coordinating HR activities, and ensuring organized and efficient HR administration.

Recruitment Support – You will support recruitment activities including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, maintaining applicant tracking records, and assisting with the hiring process from job posting through onboarding.

Onboarding and Offboarding – You will coordinate employee onboarding including preparing documentation, facilitating orientation, ensuring completion of joining formalities, and creating positive onboarding experiences. You will manage offboarding procedures including exit documentation and clearance processes.

Employee Records Management – You will maintain accurate employee records and personnel files, manage employment contracts and documentation, ensure data accuracy in HR systems, organize employee information systematically, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data.

Leave and Attendance Coordination – You will manage leave applications, track employee attendance, process time-off requests, maintain attendance records, coordinate with payroll on attendance inputs, and ensure accurate tracking of working hours and leave balances.

HR Documentation – You will prepare HR documents including employment letters, certificates, and official correspondence, handle HR paperwork, maintain proper filing systems, and ensure all HR documentation is processed efficiently and accurately.

Payroll Coordination Support – You will support payroll processing by providing payroll inputs including new hires, resignations, attendance data, and leave records. You will coordinate with payroll teams and ensure accurate payroll information.

Employee Relations Support – You will serve as a point of contact for employee HR inquiries, address routine employee questions, coordinate with HR management on employee matters, support positive employee relations, and maintain professional employee interactions.

Compliance and Policy Support – You will support HR compliance with UAE labor law, assist with visa and labor card processing coordination, maintain awareness of HR policies, and ensure HR activities align with regulatory requirements and company policies.
