Job Description

Role Overview The HR Admin will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring smooth execution of core human resources functions. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can manage tasks independently, maintain employee records, and assist management in HR-related processes without constant supervision.

Recruitment Support The HR Admin will assist with the recruitment lifecycle, including screening applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. This role ensures a seamless hiring process and contributes to attracting the right talent for the organization.

Employee Records Management The candidate will maintain accurate employee records, update the HRIS, and ensure compliance with company policies. Proper documentation and organization are critical for regulatory compliance and efficient HR operations.

PRO & Visa Coordination The HR Admin will coordinate with PRO services for visa processing, labor approvals, and other immigration-related tasks. Familiarity with UAE labor and immigration regulations is advantageous for timely and compliant processing.

Attendance & Leave Management This role involves handling employee queries, monitoring leave and attendance records, and ensuring timely reporting. The HR Admin will address employee concerns professionally while maintaining smooth workflow across departments.

HR Reporting & Administration The HR Admin will prepare HR reports, assist in audits, and provide general administrative support to the HR department. Strong attention to detail, organization, and MS Office skills are essential for accurate reporting and record-keeping.
