Role Overview: The HR Admin role focuses on ensuring smooth HR operations by supporting daily administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and assisting management with essential HR processes, all while upholding confidentiality and professionalism in every interaction.
Core HR Support: This position requires hands-on involvement in recruitment coordination, onboarding workflow, maintaining personnel files, preparing HR documentation, and supporting exit procedures to ensure that every stage of the employee lifecycle runs efficiently.
Administrative Coordination: The role includes managing office documents, organizing schedules, handling staff inquiries, keeping files updated, and ensuring that office operations remain well-structured, compliant, and aligned with company standards.
Employee Assistance: The HR Admin will act as the first point of contact for employees, offering support for policy clarifications, documentation requirements, attendance concerns, and day-to-day HR-related questions with a friendly and solution-oriented mindset.
Operational Efficiency: This position is responsible for improving internal processes, enhancing workflows, maintaining accurate logs, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring the HR department meets deadlines, follows best practices, and supports organizational goals.
Documentation Management: The HR Admin will maintain digital and physical filing systems, prepare internal reports, update employee information, track HR metrics, and ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations while keeping all records organized and accessible.
